IWP is an online pharmacy selling directly to employers on Salesforce for more than a decade.
After ten years on Salesforce, IWP's effort went into upkeep rather than improvement, and most of it was still manual. The sales, marketing, and operations teams had each changed how they worked, and the configuration underneath them had not moved with them. Keeping Salesforce running required a full-time administrator, and the results were not matching the investment.
• A decade of accumulation. IWP layered multiple Salesforce products and a homegrown inventory system over ten years with no cleanup pass.
• Bad data and technical debt. Every new request took longer than the one before it.
• A full-time administrator on payroll. The business hired, held, and backfilled the seat just to keep the platform upright.
The goal: Utilize Everpeak as a 3rd party admin to leverage its Claude and RevOps knowledge, deploy regular improvements, and minimize the ongoing investment.
Everpeak took over Salesforce administration and changed how the work got done. Everpeak changed some key aspects of the architecture and strategy, and Claude Code wrote the bulk of the configuration and code against IWP's org. Then, an Everpeak developer and administrator reviewed every change before it reached production. Nothing generated went live without a human review.
• Claude Code did the first pass on the build. Claude Code wrote flows, validation rules, Apex, and data cleanup scripts against the live org's metadata rather than from a description of it.
• A developer and an administrator reviewed every change. Everpeak staffed and priced the review as the work itself. Generated code went to a person before it went to production, every time.
• The review caught what a generated pass got wrong. Majority of what Claude built was usable but the rest needed someone who knew why IWP was built the way it was.
IWP stopped paying for a full-time administrator, and Salesforce adoption and value across the team grew instead of stalling.
• Everpeak built an event marketing process, replacing thousands of hours of manual work.
• Adoption and satisfaction rose across sales, marketing, and operations, the three teams the old configuration had stopped fitting.
Founded in 2017, Everpeak helps organizations win more deals and operate smarter by leveraging their technology, data and people.
