Seeking US-based Salesforce admin, FT or PT

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where senior admins and solution architects focus on complex projects, while you will own day-to-day data and task execution.

We are open to both full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time (20 hrs/week) availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Administration: Manage standard Salesforce admin requests including user maintenance, profile/permission updates, and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Data Management: Perform data uploads, updates, and clean-up using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or Excel/Google Sheets. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the system.
  • Ticket Support: Work independently to resolve incoming Salesforce tickets related to data changes, process support, and record updates.
  • Testing & QA: Assist with testing sprint-related tickets to ensure new functionality and fixes meet requirements before release.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established processes and documentation to complete tasks efficiently and consistently.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior admins and business analysts by escalating complex issues while handling routine tasks and data work.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certification required (Administrator or higher).
  • 1–2 years of Salesforce experience in a Salesforce role.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to deal with demanding personalities
  • Prior experience with any of the responsibilities above
  • Prior experience within Sales or RevOps team is a plus.
