Design - Our consultants and developers configure Salesforce to meet your unique needs. We use as much native functionality and point-and-click configuration as possible. When no other option is available, we will write custom code to satisfy requirements. We always weigh the cost / benefit of adding new requirements and we keep you up to speed on our progress and billable hours during the entire process. No surprises.
Train - The #1 metric of success with Salesforce is user adoption. After the design phase is complete, users not only need to understand the system, they need to believe in it. They need to believe Salesforce will make them better at their jobs. This can only be achieved with a thorough understanding of all relevant system features and how it ties into overall goals. This knowledge transfer creates lasting value for the organization.
